Process
Most new digital projects take around 6-12 weeks, from mapping out the plan and designing the look to building it all and hitting launch.
We'll kick things off with a quick email chat and a 30-minute intro call. If it feels like we’re a great match, we’ll dive into scoping your project. We’ll talk through all your design and development needs, and I’ll provide a clear, fixed quote — split into 2 or 3 parts to keep things simple throughout the project.
With the design process underway, we start by exploring ideas and creating initial concepts. Once we’ve refined the direction together, I’ll craft detailed mockups to bring your vision to life. At key stages, you’ll receive updates to ensure we’re on the right track. This is where your brand truly takes shape, from typography to color palettes and layouts. Some fine-tuning may happen during the review process, but by the end, you’ll have polished, ready-to-go designs that set the stage for development.
Once the design mockups are approved, we dive into the web development phase. You’ll receive live staging link at key milestones to see progress as we work toward a live beta version of the site. Weekly check-ins are recommended during this phase to keep everything running smoothly. This is a full build-out of all the deliverables outlined in the statement of work, with any final touches saved for the QA stage.
I collaborate with the design team to create a detailed content outline for you, specifying all required copy and asset details. Once that’s ready, I’ll train your team on how to enter content directly into the CMS, complete with example pages and fully populated products.
After the initial content is in place, we move into QA, which happens in two stages:
- I’ll share a bug tracker to organize and prioritize requests, keeping you updated on progress as we approach launch.
- I’ll dedicate about a week for both teams to review the staging site, noting any tweaks, fixes, or anything that doesn’t feel quite right.
When that’s done, I pause for user testing and prepare for launch. This phase is all about addressing final requests and making sure everything’s ready to go. I’ll check in frequently to stay aligned as we work through the final to-do list together.
Once QA is complete, it’s time to launch! I’ll hand off all hosting details, third-party service credentials, and documentation to you.
For 30 days post-launch, I’m here to ensure a smooth transition — handling small fixes, CMS tutorials, and general support. After that, you have a few options for ongoing support:
- Work together on updates and new versions using a streamlined version of our process.
- Hire me on a maintenance retainer, typically $1-2k/month.
- I can also help you build a cost-effective Webflow development team while acting as an interim CTO.
The average website proposal is currently $6k
The full-cycle website projects include a web design, Webflow website and marketing material — it ranges from 6-12 weeks and costs $8 — $16k.
The dev only projects starts from $3k.
I also provide my full range of services on a monthly basis for clients who prefer a timeline-driven collaboration without fixed deliverables.

Any Questions?
My pricing is flexible to fit your project's specific needs, allowing for adjustments to ensure you get exactly what you need without surprises. We'll discuss and agree on any changes to the initial quote to maintain transparency and satisfaction.
To initiate the process, we'll begin with a welcome call to thoroughly understand your project and specific needs. Following this discussion, I'll proceed to establish the Webflow project and kick-start the development phase. However, before diving into the major tasks, I'll seek your confirmation on a couple of crucial aspects: the bespoke solutions being crafted and any required adjustments to the design. This step ensures that we're aligned with your vision and preferences, maintaining a clear and agreed-upon direction throughout the project's development.
My approach to meetings is centered around efficiency and productivity. I prioritize minimizing one-on-one meetings wherever possible, favoring the use of digital communication tools such as Slack for quick interactions and Loom for sharing detailed updates or explanations through recordings.
This strategy allows us to maintain a steady flow of information and feedback without the need for frequent, potentially disruptive meetings.
